GEMBA Seafood Consulting A/S is conference manager for ICWPF 2011

The conference is an industry forum which offers a unique opportunity to all stakeholders in the sector to overview

the status of coldwater prawns today.

It brings together professionals, specialists and traders in the industry to share information and exchange ideas in resources, production, opportunities, challenges and developments of the market.

The objective of the network is to promote the awareness and to raise the competencies and skills in this area offering a wide international perspective and a variety of networking opportunities for all.

The conference would be divided into four sessions, each covering different topics:

• Recent status, Production & Market
• Health & Product Quality
• Sustainability, Certification & Management
• Opportunities & Challenges for the Shrimp sector

An optional dinner event at the historical Fishmongers’ Hall will close the day.
